Returns Policy
At WallysPets, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through our contact page or through our live chat found at the bottom of our left column. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we can only return items that are either faulty, or are still in original condition with packaging.
If the product is faulty, you can, within 14 days of delivery, return the item and be entitled to a refund of your postage cost, as well as a replacement item.
If the product is still in original condition with original packaging and in a resalable condition, you can, within 14 days of delivery, return the item, with a refund for the product. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs.
